Brian Colas, founder of Colas & Associates, worked for Senator Tom Cotton for eight years, including as his Deputy Chief of Staff and General Counsel.

Brian serves as Senator Cotton’s political director and managed Senator Cotton’s 2020 re-election, when he won the most votes of any Republican in Arkansas’s history.

Brian has worked on more than a dozen political campaigns and was on the debate team for Governor DeSantis’s presidential campaign.

Before working in Congress and launching Colas & Associates, Brian spent four years as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and Liberty University.
